6 Simple Stretches to do at Home

Daily stretching is essential to overall wellbeing.

The last six months have been unprecedented times and

 

finding that balance while at home is critical. Being

 

forced into a natural working environment has been

 

increased tension on the back, legs, shoulders, and neck.

 

There is, however, stretches that can be performed while at

 

home. For greater results, daily stretching is recommended.
