Terms and Conditions

Spa Rules and Regulations

Clients must follow the rules and regulations. Spa Lavender reserves the right to discontinue services, memberships, and packages for any reason.

 

Spa Lavender reserves the right to change these rules, regulations, and pricing given reasonable notice by either email, in-person, or phone call.

 

A 24-hour notice is required when cancelling an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 35% fee or the initial deposit fee being kept by Spa Lavender to compensate the staff. This is non-negotiable. Spa Lavender reserves the right to cancel an appointment if a deposit is not placed.

If you are using a package, membership, or voucher to pay for your appointment and there is a late cancellation or no-show, you have the option to either pay the deposit fee or use your membership or package service.

 

Vouchers are pre-paid single-services with a corresponding invoice or code. These vouchers can only be used on the service they were originally purchased as and cannot be swapped out for another. Vouchers have an expiration of one-year starting the date of purchase. If the client uses the voucher after the expiration date, a fee of $30 will be applied at the time of checkout. Vouchers may be shared with guests for no charge.

Spa Lavender is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

 

Minors receiving services must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The minimum age for a massage or facial is up to the discretion of the provider. To receive the Mini Lavender Package the client must be 12 years of age or younger.

Loyalty Program

Spa Lavender’s Loyalty Program includes clients who have paid for a package or maintain a monthly membership.

 

All packages and monthly memberships are available for active clients who remain in good standing during the term of their membership.

 

Packages are pre-paid services in packs of 3, 6, and 12, at a discounted rate. This rate is subject to change. They have an expiration of one-year starting the day they were purchased. If there are any remaining upon expiration, a one-time fee of $30 will apply to use the remaining services and grant the member another 30 days for use, after which they will permanently expire. Upon expiration the client is no longer considered part of the Loyalty Program. Packages may be shared with guests for no charge.

 

Monthly Memberships are a choice of one service per month at a lower rate than the packages. These are under a recurring monthly automatic payment charged to your specified credit or debit card. The rate is subject to change, however, before the increase occurs there will be an email announcement to allow proper time for cancellation. The service does not expire so long as the monthly payment is maintained.

Monthly Memberships are given rollover privileges. This allows any unused services from one month to be carried over to the following month for accumulated use. Upon termination of a monthly membership, the client will be removed from the Loyalty Program, accumulated rollover services will expire after 120 days and are non-refundable. Unlike the pre-paid packages, you cannot renew the remaining services after expiration.

 

Loyalty Points are earned so long as you maintain a package or membership. These points are earned with every payment but do not include taxes or tips. After a package is used or a membership is terminated, you have 120 days to use the points before they expire. Loyalty points are non-transferable and only go towards the package or membership holder.

 

Freezing memberships is permitted but only for a maximum of 90 days, upon which the membership must be reactivated or terminated. You cannot accumulate services while a membership is frozen. Membership must be active for 30 days before it can be frozen again. Members are able to redeem points and use their accumulated services during a freeze.

You can only freeze 12-pack packages once for a maximum of 30 days.
